Alaskan Oil Field Worker Scrambles To Avoid Charging Grizzly Bear

A worker at a pipe inspection yard at the American Petroleum Institute in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, quickly climbed onto the only available space, the roof of his truck, on high ground after a pissed-off grizzly mom attacked his vehicle. USA Today reports that the sow lost sight of one of her two young and became agitated at the encounter. The Alaska Department of Fish and Game says the bears commonly feed on dumpsters in the area. Pretty sure if this bear really wanted a piece she could have hopped on the cab in a split second, but luckily she gave the roughneck a pass.
