Prime acquisition of a plumbing business in Phoenix, Arizona
PHOENIX, Arizona, March 1, 2023 – Friendly Home Services Group is pleased to announce that Anthony’s Plumbing is now part of the package. Anthony’s Plumbing will join the Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing team in Phoenix, Arizona. The acquisition will expand Day & Night’s presence in the greater Phoenix area and strengthen its capabilities in the plumbing, sewage and wastewater markets. Anthony’s Plumbing is the eighth company to join the Friendly Group and capitalizes on the strength of the group.
Anthony’s Plumbing joins the Day & Night team
Founded in 2004, Anthony’s Plumbing has been providing quality plumbing services to residential customers in the greater Phoenix area for nearly 20 years. As part of the acquisition, founder Brandon Williams, four field technicians and one office worker will join the Day & Night team, bringing their expertise and experience to enhance the company’s plumbing service offering.
