The Ariston Comfort Challenge focused on achieving thermal comfort anywhere in the world. As part of this mission, Ariston donated warm accommodation to a group of scientists from the University of Copenhagen who are studying climate change on the remote and icy island of Disko in Greenland (Arctic).

The Ariston Comfort Zone, an innovative modular home, was delivered to and assembled on Disco Island in Greenland for the first time. Disco Island is one of the coldest regions in the world and before that time it was almost impossible for scientists to stay on the island for more than a few days due to the harsh weather conditions.
