Rood has served Arkansas and the River Valley for nearly seven decades. After being hired to dig moats at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville in 1955, founder Fred Rood founded the company and built a foundation that would last four generations of the Rood family: Fred, Freddie, Eddie and Preston. At least one family member oversees each job to ensure all work is completed to the highest possible standards.
