HomeServe’s Expansion in Phoenix Continues with Acquisition of Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing
HomeServe USA (HomeServe), a leading provider of home service planning, repair, and installation services, announced today that it has acquired Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing (Canyon State). The A + Better Business Bureau, which serves clients in and around Sun City and Sun City West, rates Canyon State as the fourth acquisition of HVAC companies from HomeServe in the greater Phoenix area in less than a year.
Rob Jaynes founded Canyon State from home in 1989. Over the past 30 years, he and his wife Christina have grown their business into a business that serves thousands of customers in the area and employs a team of 28. The Canyon State team is highly skilled and respected for their residential HVAC and plumbing services, making them an ideal company to add to HomeServe’s presence in the North / Northwest Valley.
“Having met Rob and Christina Jaynes over the past few months, I know that they and everyone else on the Canyon State team are a perfect fit for HomeServe’s customer-centric culture,” said Rob DiPietro, managing director, HVAC, HomeServe. “Phoenix has seen an unprecedented population boom in recent years, forcing companies like Canyon State and the like to expand their service offerings, expand their teams, and focus on the customer experience.”
Canyon State, which also serves Surprise, Peoria, Glendale and North Phoenix, has a long history of promoting excellent customer quality and the team strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This can be seen in Google’s 4.9-star rating, which puts them in good company along with HomeServe’s other acquisitions in the Phoenix area – Sterling Air Services, Arizona’s dukes of air and hay cooling, heating and plumbing .
Canyon State’s Rob Jaynes said, “Christina and I have been committed to this business, our team, the industry and our customers for three decades. It is a great honor to provide the best possible service to our customers. We appreciate this opportunity We are proud that Mike Gibson, who has been with us for 16 years, will continue in his role as General Manager to continue to lead the business. “”
