Iplex introduces Restrain PVC-U sewer pipe

The weld-free restrain sewer pipe from Iplex is now made in Australia from high quality PCV-U in accordance with AS / NZS 1260.

Serving the market since 1938, Iplex understands the challenges facility owners face in effectively repairing, refurbishing, or replacing existing pipelines while limiting the impact on the surrounding area.

Because of this, the company has redesigned its Restrain ™ PVC-U sewer pipe specifically for gravity sewer applications and uses trenchless techniques for the installation, repair and replacement of underground infrastructure.

The restraint system is a PVC-U tube with a rubber ring joint, with a threaded connector and a socket, which provides instant axial capability during installation.

Restrain can be used in a number of different trenchless applications, such as: B. in horizontal directional drilling (HDD), auger drilling or guided drilling, microtunnelling and more.

It is manufactured to the Australian product standard as part of an accredited third-party quality assurance program so customers can rest assured that they are receiving a compliant and high performing product.

The special design is suitable for use in deep installations and enables easy connection to maintenance shafts and service connections.

Iplex was recognized for its exceptional customer support and end-to-end capabilities.

The company will also host a technical webinar so customers can hear from product experts and learn about the special weldless threaded tube.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, November 25th at 11 a.m. AEST and will last approximately one hour.
