WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) – A man whose arrests date back to the 1980s is back in prison after being added to Crime Stoppers' most wanted suspects list last month.
Billy Wayne Crawford was wanted again for theft in February. This theft involved a break-in at the vehicle of a woman who had been attacked in the hospital.

She told police Crawford was an ex-boyfriend. She said she received messages from two women who saw him in their car and confronted him and chased him away.
She said a debit card, a Bluetooth device and a phone charger were stolen.
According to police, surveillance video shows the women screaming at a man who officers recognized as Crawford.
In an earlier break-in, he took almost everything, including the kitchen sink, from an apartment on Avenue C, according to police.
Another conviction involved taking a medicine ball from a gym on Brookdale Drive.
In another case, police said a man trying to sell a BMW gave him a key to start it and Crawford drove off.
Crawford's theft sentences range from 180 days to 14 months. He was booked into the Wichita County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
