Local heating and plumbing experts say it's too soon to be clear. On Friday afternoon, all of a local company's trucks were out helping customers with burst pipes and broken heaters. They said it's not over yet and that if temperatures drop below freezing, residents should open their closet doors and drain their faucets. “All of our people are out exploring the city,” said Daniel Addi, co-owner of Alltech Air Conditioning. Alltech in Oklahoma City packs up its delivery trucks and hits the road. Plumbing and heating experts travel throughout the state, including locations in Oklahoma City, Altus and Lawton. “We probably have 55 people out and about right now taking care of our customers,” Addi said. You want to make sure you change your air filters, keep your furnace on, set it to a comfortable temperature and just let it run,” he said. Local heating and plumbing experts say: Don't think you're safe too soon.
On Friday afternoon, all of a local company's trucks were out helping customers with burst pipes and broken heaters. They said it's not over yet and that if it drops below freezing, residents should open their closet doors and drain the faucets.

Experts say your pipes are at risk when temperatures drop below freezing.

Addi told me to make sure the heater stays on.
“On the heating side, you want to make sure you change your air filters, keep your furnace on, set it to a comfortable temperature and just let it run,” he said.
Company employees will be out throughout the weekend answering calls and assisting customers with any issues related to this week's snow event and recurring subzero temperatures.
