Pipe Replacement Project Next Week on Roundtop Road in Charleston Township, Tioga County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are cautioned that part of Route 3009 (Roundtop Road) will be closed next week in Charleston Township, Tioga County, due to a pipe replacement project.

From Monday, October 18 through Thursday, October 21, Roundtop Road between T-431 (Mill Hills Road) and T-413 (Earl Circle) will be closed while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance team clears a pipe replaced.

A detour via Route 3011 (Shumway Hill Road) and Route 6 will be established for the duration of the project.

Drivers should be vigilant and expect travel delays. If the weather is nice, the work should be completed on Thursday, October 21st.
