The construction, modification, repair, expansion or replacement of a plumbing system or the replacement of plumbing requires a plumbing permit under the Winnipeg Building Code.
To apply for a plumbing permit, submit the following documentation.
A plumber’s license can only be issued to a licensed plumber or homeowner who is a primary resident of the property and intends to do the work themselves.
