PremiStar, a leading commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing and building automation services company, has acquired SI Mechanical, LLC, a full-service HVAC provider based in Creedmoor, Texas, a suburb of Austin. With this acquisition, PremiStar expands its presence in Central Texas and continues to focus on meeting the needs of customers in the education, healthcare, commercial/industrial and data center markets.

Founded in 2012, SI Mechanical has built an outstanding reputation for providing heating, ventilation and plumbing installation solutions to industry-leading customers including The University of Texas at Austin, Texas State, MD Anderson Cancer Center, St. David's HealthCare, Amazon, Dell, IBM and Samsung.
