SECA has renewed its commitment to a low carbon future with its latest offering for the Australian market – the world’s first zero emission high pressure water jet system.
Sewer Equipment Company Australia (SECA) is a distributor of sewage, plumbing and plumbing equipment.
The company is Australia’s leading supplier of equipment for cleaning, testing, inspecting and rehabilitation of pipes, sewers and drains.
Founded in 1967, the company has been in operation for more than 50 years and offers first-class support and industry expertise.
SECA has continuously expanded its range of products from many leading overseas suppliers and local manufacturers, offering the most up-to-date and advanced equipment.
SECA’s agile team of in-house technicians offer an optimized service backed by an extensive inventory of replacement parts, including $ 2 million in camera parts alone.
Workshops in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne offer services including CCTV services and WinCan support with pump, suction and sewage vehicle service; and flow meter fleet assessment available at the Sydney facility.
SECA is now introducing the world’s first emission-free high-pressure water jet system to the Australian industry.
This reflects SECA’s commitment to support the Australian Government’s emissions reduction target by 2030 by providing zero-emission solutions for high pressure water cleaning for contractors and local government areas.
This shared ambition has led to a growing electrification market, and the eCityJet is a fully electric shot blasting machine with the latest technology and a battery powered electric motor.
The machine is emission-free and therefore a future-conscious choice and ideally suited as a van pack for use in city centers with strict emission regulations.
The eCityJet has all the features of a conventional diesel-powered van pack machine, but offers emission-free operation without any loss of performance.
It is the world’s first high-pressure sewer cleaning machine that is completely powered by a lithium-ion battery with a high energy density.
The eCityJet is also virtually noiseless when in operation.
Electrotechnology is not only a cleaner choice, but also quieter than diesel-powered machines, making it ideal for city, indoor or night use.
The machine weighs 690 kg empty and is ideally suited for cleaning pipes up to 350 mm in diameter. Light and compact, the eCityJet is suitable for most vehicles.
Lithium-ion batteries have the highest energy density and are therefore the most efficient in terms of weight and space requirements and ideal for mobile use.
The eCityJet battery can be charged via the normal mains with a battery life of 8 hours.
The eCityJet is now proudly available from SECA.
