City of Great Bend crews continue to clean the storm drains along 10th and Main Streets. This project began on May 17. Each morning they begin at approximately 6 a.m. and work diligently to maintain these vital infrastructure lines along these busy roads.
“We urge drivers to drive carefully and attentively in these areas, especially in the early hours of the morning,” a press release said. “Fast-moving vehicles pose a significant threat to the safety of our employees. To alert drivers, teams will put up signs and a warning board as an advance warning.”
