New happy wok, 1139 W Ben Franklin Hwy, June 21, Pass. The hand wash basin in the food prep area was blocked by a trash can and not accessible to staff at all times. Observed disposable to-go packaging not turned around. It has been observed that the top of a cooler, a non-food contact surface in the food prep area, has been repaired with tape which does not facilitate proper cleaning. The hand wash basin in the food prep area does not have disposable towels, continuous towels or air drying equipment. Utensil for dispensing food in bulk of food held within the food rather than with handle over the top of the food and container.
Olivero’s Pizzeria, 1 Park Ln, June 23, pass. Observed badly scored cutting boards not being resurfaced or discarded as required. Excessive dust buildup observed on vent above pizza oven. The hand wash basin in the front counter area does not have water with a temperature of at least 100°F. Observed single-use to-go packages that were not turned over during storage.

wich way sandwiches, 9682 Old Route, June 21, pass. Food workers observed in the prep area not wearing proper beard covers. Ambient air and water temperature gauges used to ensure proper storage of food in a water bath are not accurate to +/- 3°F. Observed used knives being stored between equipment, an area that is not easy to clean and sanitize. All dishes were maintained at 43-50°F in the Baine Marie instead of 41°F or below as required. The food was allowed to be out of temperature for less than 4 hours and is discarded at the end of the lunch hour.
Doc and Bubbas, 4312 New Holland Rd, June 22, Pass. Some ice bins and equipment drain lines extend into floor drains and require an adequate air gap. The floor/wall junction in some parts of the bar/kitchen area is uncovered and closed to 1/32 inch.
Copperz Brewing Company, 798 S 4th St, June 23, pass. The hand wash basin in the cooking area has no disposable towels, permanent towels or air drying devices. The hand wash basin in the food prep area was blocked and not accessible to staff at all times.

Some wall boards under the store refrigeration doors are loose and damaged due to condensation and should be repaired.

The front door located in the counter area of the food facility has a large gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents and other animals.

Appalachian Campgrounds Campfire Cafe, 60 Motel Dr, June 23, pass. Observed bags of onions being stored directly on the floor in the rear storage area instead of 6 inches off the floor as required. The hood vents were full of dust and dirt and under the grill area there was excess grease and food debris underneath. The food facility has one employee who holds a Certified Food Manager certificate; However, the certificate has expired and is no longer valid.
