While it's fairly common for families to outgrow their homes and need something bigger, the opposite can also be true. It's practically move-in ready and includes utility and sewer connections, a full bathroom and even a free electric water heater. The 5.8m x 6.1m x 2.4m house is made of galvanized steel, making it resistant to external elements such as rain and wind. It has a functional kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Although the kitchen is not very large, if you can accommodate it, the electrical connections allow you to add a dishwasher or a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Inside, you'll also find large windows for natural light, modern L-shaped closets, and a large shower. The home also features a patio for outdoor parties that's large enough for a table and chair set, a grill, and a small fire pit.
