WILLIAMSPORT, Pennsylvania – There are some water problems in Lycoming County.

The plumbing burst at Williamsport Town Hall overnight Tuesday after a coil broke in the building’s heating system.

Officials say the basement, first and second floors all suffered significant water damage.

This is not the first problem that City Hall has faced.

The building has been closed since September after being convicted of storm damage and air quality issues.
